Bolognese sauce

Bolognese noodles week… here I come 😉


Of course a joke. I just like cooking in advance. And bolognese sauce is the best thing to cook and frost: It always tastes better when cooking it again after it was frosted/cooled. Yes, it was really as much as the picture suggested: 1 kilo meat, 6 tomatoes, 3 paprika, 1.3 kilo tomatoe pieces in sauce…. 😉
